Before we recommend anything, we assess what you have. That means reviewing your current ERP, chart of accounts, entity structure, integration architecture, reporting stack, and close process. We document the current state in detail — because you can't design the future state without an honest view of today.
Systems Architecture
Architecture before configuration. We design the entity structure, chart of accounts, dimension framework, and integration architecture before touching your systems. You review and approve the architecture before we build. No surprises at go-live.
Automation & Reporting Build-Out
With the architecture approved, we build. Sage Intacct configuration, data migration, integration testing, Power BI dashboard development, and Power Automate workflow implementation. We run a parallel close before go-live — so you see the new system produce real results before switching over.
Operate & Optimize
Go-live is not the end. We support the first several close cycles, monitor system performance, and optimize based on real usage. Ongoing retainer clients get continuous improvement, monthly close support, and reporting optimization as the business evolves.
